CASTLE
This proposal shows meditative spaces found within abandoned mine structures in the plains of Ireland. Transferring between spaces of weathering to smooth surface discrete panelized spaces gives way to visual transitions by creating a comparison of old and new construction methods
The disconnect between spaces is utilized to interrupt subconscious thinking of what is expected next, creating a newfound open-mindedness that would creates a pre-meditative journey in order to facilitate the actual meditation
